Where are you located?

We have 2 locations!

411 S Kansas Ave in Clinton, MO (right next to El Camino) in the Old Country Club Park Shopping Center. Turn in off Ohio St beside Walgreens.

105A S Holden St in Warrensburg, MO (across from the train station). A block north of Pine St.

 

What are your hours of operation?

Our store is open Monday- Wednesday 10am-6pm, Thursday- Friday 10am-7pm, and Saturdays 10am-4pm. We are always open online at www.shopcravenow.com with free shipping.

 

What is your return policy?

How can I contact you?

The best way to reach us is via email at shopcravenow@gmail.com or call us during store hours at (660) 885-2757. If we don't answer, please leave us a detailed voicemail and someone will call you back as soon as possible.

 

How will I know when my order will get to me?

After successfully placing an order, you will receive 2 emails. One from us confirming the order, and another from USPS that will include your tracking info. For more info regarding shipping, please click here.

 

Can I pre-order products that are sold out?

At this time, we do not allow pre-orders of sold out merchandise, however, be sure to sign up for our restock notifications on the product you're hoping comes back- you'll be notified via email as soon as it does! Also, be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram for all re-stock notifications. 

 

Where do I apply my discount code/store credit code?

The last step of your checkout process.
