Shipping and Returns


We ship to the United States and Canada. For all other countries, please contact us via phone to order. We ship everything USPS Priority Mail. All orders typically ship out within 48 hours of your order being completed. Orders will not be shipped until all credit card authorization has been processed and cleared. Usual delivery time is 3-4 days. 

*Please note delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or any federal holidays.

*Using an eCheck via PayPal typically takes an additional 7 days to process.

*All custom orders take 2 weeks before shipping out.

We offer in store pickup for anyone in the Clinton area. Please select this option from the drop down menu, and allow 24 hours for processing. You might receive an email still saying that your order has been shipped; however, if you enter "In-Store Pickup", rest assured that your items are still being held in store for you and disregard the email.

Love your items so much you need them to arrive quicker? Please contact us for overnight shipping options. 


We hope that you love all of your purchases, but we understand that some things just don't work out! We have a few things to remember when sending items back to us. 

Returns are accepted within 21 days for unused, unworn items with all tags still in place. 

All jewelry and undergarments (leggings, camisoles, bra's, scarves) are final sale. 

Sale and clearance items are final sale. 

All custom orders (monogram t-shirts, monogram decals, customized t-shirts) are final sale due to the customization of the order. 

Store credit will be issued for all returned items. 
All returns are typically processed within 48 hours of us receiving the returned item(s). Once your return is processed, we will email you with a store credit code. The code will be for the original amount of the product(s) and any sales tax (if applicable). Shipping charges cannot be refunded since they are charged by a third party (USPS). 

We highly recommend tracking your items to ensure they get to us on time. Please mail items you wish to return to:

If we shipped you the wrong color, size or defective merchandise, please contact via phone or email within 3 days of receipt to get your issue resolved.
