We ship to the United States and Canada. For all other countries, please contact us via phone to order. We ship everything USPS. All orders typically ship out within 48 hours of your order being completed. Orders will not be shipped until all credit card authorization has been processed and cleared. Usual delivery time is 3-4 days. If you need your items quicker, please contact us!
*Please note delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or any federal holidays.
*Using an eCheck via PayPal typically takes an additional 7 days to process.
*All custom orders take 2 weeks before shipping out. This includes anything with a monogram on it!
We offer in store pickup for anyone local. Please select this option from the drop down menu, and allow 24 hours for processing.
Returns:
We hope that you love all of your purchases, but we understand that some things just don't work out! We have a few things to remember when sending items back to us.
Returns are accepted within 30 days for exchange or store credit only. No refunds will be issued. Returned item(s) must be unused, unworn items with all tags still in place.
All jewelry and undergarments (leggings, camisoles, bra's, scarves) are final sale.
Sale and clearance items are final sale.
All custom orders (monogram t-shirts, monogram decals, customized t-shirts) are final sale due to the customization of the order.
If you are hoping to exchange your item for something else, please include a note with your return. If that product(s) is in stock we will go ahead and process the exchange and get your new product(s) shipped back to you. If we do not have it in stock, a gift card will be issued.
Store credit will be issued for all returned items. All returns are typically processed within 48 hours of us receiving the returned item(s). Once your return is processed, we will email you a gift card with your store credit. The card will be for the original amount of the product(s) and any sales tax (if applicable). Shipping charges cannot be refunded since they are charged by a third party (USPS).
